The food choices that are available at holiday parties and events are not always those that fit in with your normal food choices. Normally when it comes to this time of year you might consider throwing aside all that you’ve been doing the rest of the year, and just live with the extra ten pounds that you gain, along with the friends that ten pounds finds for you.
