Background:

Your on a healthy diet, you’re doing all these diet and lifestyle changes, exercising, and now here come the holidays.  How do you survive the holidays when you’re trying to stay healthy and nobody else around you is being healthy?  The average American consumes 3,000 calories during the Thanksgiving meal.  The food choices that are available at holiday parties and events are not always those that fit in with your normal food choices.  Normally when it comes to this time of year you might consider throwing aside all that you’ve been doing the rest of the year, and just live with the extra ten pounds that you gain, along with the friends that ten pounds finds for you.

RitamarieJoin Dr. Ritamarie in this encore presentation as she shares some strategies to help you glide through the holiday season with your  health goals intact.

Additional Resources:

In my Thanksgiving Feast book and my Indulge Without the Bulge DVD you can learn to make dishes that you can serve at a traditional family gathering, like a beautiful stuffing with lots of vegetables, herbs, spices, seeds, and nuts.
