This milk can nourish you with zinc & help balance your blood sugar. The carob works well as a tasty alternative to cocoa If you want to avoid caffeine or cocoa. Enjoy it on special occasions, holidays, or any time!
Pumpkin Seed “Chocolate” Milk:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and creamy.
2. If desired, you may strain mixture through cheesecloth or a nut milk muslin bag and save the pulp for cracker or cookie recipes
