She loved this quote from Janet, one of our Energy Recharge Inner Circle Members:
“Don’t exchange what you want the most for what you want in the moment”
Tune into what you most want, remember your true goals.
A good tip is to write your personal health goal, or that quote, on a little card & keep it in your pocket when you go out.
When you’re walking up and down the shopping aisle & there’s corn-chips, pop-corn, or junkfood, or even some healthfoods that maybe don’t suit you personally so well calling to you – grab your card to remind yourself what you really want.

I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately, about fatigue and hormone balance, about thyroid, blood sugar and adrenal glands.
When I ask people, “what do you want more than anything?” many answer, “to feel good and have lots of energy just like you”.
Energy is the currency of life. Without it you can’t engage in pleasurable activities, take long walks on the beach or hike in the mountains.
Squander your energy, or damage your energy-producing mitochondria and energy slows to a half. Feed your mitochondria and your energy soars.
Here’s what to do, what I do with my energy to make it grow and manifest abundant energy every day:
Guard it with your life – it is your life.
Protect it – from toxins in your air, water and food.
Nurture it with good thoughts, nutrients and lots of love.
Replenish it with rest after you’ve spent it.
I feel so blessed to be able to offer insights and inspiration to people feeling desperate. Unfortunately western medicine just doesn’t dig deep with patients who’ve lost their energy and complain about signs and symptoms of thyroid dysfunction . And there is so much more that can be done.

3 Most Commonly Overlooked Strategies for Solving Difficult Cases –Part 2 of 3
