Vitamin D deficiency is a common problem in our modern world.  We spend too much time indoors, use too much sunshine and have too much stress to maintain healthy levels.

    Was wondering about melanoma? Is that caused by exposure to the sun?

    Great video!

    My blood work showed I was at 32 ng/ml (given a 32-100 ng/ml range)in october but I was outdoors all summer long without sunscreen (head and arms exposed).

    I’ve started taking cod liver oil plus 2000 IU vit D drops daily.

    I do have an autoimmune disease, would that type of disease that have “eaten-up” my stored vit D? How much supplementation can I get away with?
