Most people know about the food element of heart health: avoid bad fats that raise cholesterol, and increase good fats that lower cholesterol.

However, there is another sneaky food element that most people have no idea is so detrimental to their hearts (that’s the bad news, but not anymore after this show). Dr. Ritamarie reveals and explains what this every day food element is, and why it is so bad for your heart. She then will give some real-world tips for how to heal and protect your amazing heart.
