Do you know which foods to eat for thyroid health? Research shows that eating mineral-rich sea vegetables on a regular basis supports the endocrine system, especially the thyroid gland.

This recipe for a salad dressing is a quick and easy way to add sea vegetable nutrition to your salads.


  • 1/4 cup powdered sea vegetables
  • 1/4 cup spirulina
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite seasoning mix
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons sea salt (or to taste)
Put everything in a jar, shake well, and enjoy!
