Background:
Many—perhaps even most—people who have come to embrace a healthier lifestyle arrived at their “fork in the road” because of an event in their lives. For some individuals a serious condition such as a frightening diagnosis or morbid obesity thrusts them into an I’m-willing-to-try-anything place. For others, the decision to get help is the result of witnessing friends who are thriving by living in a conscious way. Some people want to plunge in immediately and make big changes overnight, but more often it’s a gradual changeover: the adoption of one or two new healthy habits fuels the desire to see even greater results and to try still more new things.
Join Dr. Ritamarie and Sheree Clark as they discuss the reasons that bring you to a place where you are looking at the direction you are going. Through them you will see that you can embark on a journey that will affect many areas of your life. A healthier lifestyle is about more than just what you put in your mouth. It’s about viewing yourself—and the things you allow into your life—in a holistic and integrated way.
