Background:
While our society is the most technologically advanced on the planet, leading the way in economic growth, technological innovation, and standard of living, we are paying the price for this success with unprecedented levels of chronic stress.
Like a pebble dropped in a pond, chronic stress ripples through virtually every facet of our society. Entertainment, health care, Corporate America, and interpersonal relationships are just a few of the many aspects of our society which chronic stress impacts.
Join Dr. Ritamarie and Peter McCarthy as they discuss how stress has become an overwhelmingly negative factor in our dietary habits, lifestyle, thought patterns, food supply and environment.
A respected health professional in multiple disciplines with a specialty in stress-management; a 20-year military pilot, commander, and trainer; a former Southwest Airlines commercial pilot; speaker, author, columnist, and activist; and now media entrepreneur—the multi-faceted Peter McCarthy has just embarked on a national crusade to get America unwired and decompressed.
A nationally board certified traditional naturopath, Peter is a well-respected and sought after professional in the field known as complementary and alternative medicine (CAM).
