We’re all still in follow-up mode after our sell-out Spring Into Vitality event last weekend.
I enjoyed it so much that I’m already laying awake planning the next one.
At the event, I discovered a new addiction – cashew yogurt!
I have made 3 batches so far – and one was videotaped! On Saturday I had a blast teaching the Beginner’s Guide to Making Fermented Foods: Non-Dairy Yogurt, Cheese, and Kefir classfor our VITAL Community Healing Kitchen video class.
The recording of the class is going up today, along with a recipe guide. If you’re not a member of our VITAL Community, you can still take advantage of our 2-month trial membership. We”ll be restructuring soon, so now’s the time to get in:

In the class we also made block “cheese” from mac nuts and brazil nuts, along with kefir and sauerkraut.
I am enjoying the warm weather and am actually contemplating visiting my son in Florida for his last teenage birthday in 2 weeks,
This week Thursday marks my birthday and the anniversary of my mom’s death. It’s a bittersweet day. On this birthday I will be older than she was when she died.
Look for a special Birthday Coupon in your inbox on Thursday!
This week’s Vibrant Living Health Solutions radio show will address keeping your heart healthy, as both my parents, grandparents, and several aunts and uncles died prematurely because they were not correctly informed as to how to feed and care for their precious hearts.

As long as you have sufficient quantities of B vitamins, Magnesium, zinc and trace minerals, found in fresh, whole, organic foods, your body can convert your plant source omega 3 fats to cardio protective EPA and DHA. You can also consume algae or supplements of EPA and DHA derived from algae…Read the rest of the article here
