- I am so grateful to have an aptitude for computers. It allows me to figure things out when things go wrong.
- I appreciate the IRS agent who is going to be very nice to me today and accept all of the documentation I give him with grace and appreciation.
- I appreciate the power of appreciation. It has made what otherwise would have been a very stressful day a lot more manageable.

I appreciated knowing heart math, as I logged into work this morning, after 2 days off to a plethora of e-mails and emergencies – at 5:45 in the morning. One of the joys of being one of the only people in the Pacific time zone.

Nov. 9th Day 6
While doing this daily appreciation journal I notice I get miffed less easily 🙂 I love that!
I am grateful for the wonderful afternoon I had with my husband working in our garden in the California sun.
I appreciate the feeling of ‘postive anticipation’ thinking about moving forward in my health goals.
I appreciate living in a democracy where people can openly debate issues on TV.
Today I appreciate the beautiful weather; when I go out walking I can wear shorts and a tee shirt!
I appreciate my glucose meter: it shows me that the effort I am making in exercise and food choices is paying off1
I appreciate that I have the will to do what I have learned I must do to feel great.
