Dr. Ritamarie’s Gratitude Journal Day 29

I’ve started an Appreciation Journal, and I plan to continue to share my appreciations every day for 30 days.

If you’re looking to experience more energy, health and joy, join me on this appreciation journey and watch magical things unfold.

Comment below with 3 things you appreciate today.

Dr. Ritamarie’s Appreciations for Today – Day 29

  1.  I appreciate my chia seeds.  This magical seed that swells up and bursts, fills me, keeps my blood sugar stable, gives me energy and I know on the “invisible”  level provides me with omega 3 fats, protein, and lots of minerals.  Thanks Chia!
  2. I appreciate my Green Star juicer.  For months on end it gets very little use.  Now that I’m on a green juice every morning routine, it’s holding up quite nicely, is efficient, and not as hard to clean as the stories I kept telling myself.
  3. I appreciate my mini stair-stepper that I use for burst training.  My injured knee has prevented me from using it for the past two weeks, and I just got on it today and did a burst!

I do so love to read all your appreciations, so keep them coming.

With Great Love and Appreciation,

Dr. Ritamarie
