Known as the encyclopedia of the raw food diet, Susan’s book won the 2007 IPPY award for “Most Progressive Health Book of the Year” and is highly endorsed by leaders of the raw food movement. The second edition Reader Views award (2009).
Susan has a Master’s Degree in Oriental medicine, a BS in education and an MS in applied linguistics. She’s taught school, from preschool to university, had her own acupuncture clinic, and is a world traveler. She’s currently a raw food activist, coach, lecturer and author based in San Diego, CA.
Susan’s book is jam packed with information, research studies and recipes to guide you to transitioning to a high raw or all raw diet.
