Background:
In our fast paced, hectic, and busy world, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by the sheer volume of “things to do”. It’s especially problematic if you are a high achiever and a “giver”.
Join us on the show as I interview Jennifer van Wyck, a licensed counselor and energy worker, and learn to transform exhaustion and overwhelm into high energy and the ability to live your life on purpose.
Jennifer van Wyck has her Masters in Counseling Psychology and has also been an Energy Working Practitioner for over 15 years.
After the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, she started an organization and went to Haiti alone, where she did trauma counseling in the camps for a year. While there, Jennifer implemented and taught energetic healing visualizations, where she saw very dramatic results.
She currently integrates psychological and energetic techniques through one-on- one and online group programs to help professional women overcome overwhelm and experience increased energy, purpose, and a life they love.
Additional Resources:
Jennifer has put together a special gift for our listeners to improve immune functioning, health, mental wellness, and much more. It’s a visualization package which includes a booklet entitled “The What, Why and How of Visualizations”, plus two short visualizations, one on how to release stress, tension, and negativity; and the other on how to increase love and help you feel more connected to energy and your loved ones.
