19 Super reasons why an insulin reset is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL

I wrote out all the reasons why I think a process to lower insulin and reset receptors is super important. I hope you enjoy this list!

  1. You’ll burn stored fat.  Insulin puts the breaks on fat-burning, and an insulin receptor reset lowers circulating insulin levels, and allows you to melt away the belly fat, hip fat, and wherever else you sore it.
  2. Food cravings improve on an insulin reset, because your insulin receptors can finally allow fuel in.
  3. Your energy will increase because your mitochondria, which produce energy inside your cells, repair when no longer exposed to high levels of insulin. This allows the food you eat to actually get into your cells to be converted to energy, instead of staying in your blood to get stored as fat.
  4. You’ll boost your mental clarity – insulin resistance starves the brain of fuel. Imagine how much better your life would be without brain fog.
  5. You’ll train your body to go for longer periods without food without fear of blood sugar dips which makes it easier to travel, and be productive for longer periods of time.
  6. Your cardiovascular system will function better.  High levels of circulating insulin (most people today have this) increases triglycerides and small density LDL (the “lousy” cholesterol), and lowers HDL (“happy” cholesterol).  Plus it damages the blood vessel linings which puts you at higher risk of heart attack. The reset lowers circulating insulin levels and allows damaged tissue to heal.
  7. Your blood pressure is likely to normalize, because excess insulin increases sodium retention and magnesium excretion. (Bonus: water retention releases.)
  8. Decrease your risk for cancer by starving cancer cells of insulin and unneeded glucose.
  9. You’ll be able to stay calm even when chaos is all around you. Lowering insulin keeps cortisol at just the right level.
  10. The insulin reset starves bad bacteria, yeasts, and parasites. This makes room for essential probiotics to live and thrive and grow in your gut! This is important, not just for gut health, but for overall health and well-being.
  11. You’ll train your body to burn stored fat for fuel, rather than sending you in search of food when there’s plenty of fat waiting to be burned.
  12. The insulin reset diet will keep you satiated between meals, which is a great antidote to over-consumption.
  13. Because an insulin receptor reset allows you to burn stored fat, it will remove toxins that are stored in fat cells and floating throughout the blood.
  14. Your body will feel more comfortable.  An insulin receptor metabolic reset will decrease inflammatory markers, such as hs-CRP, which reduces inflammation in your joints, lungs, muscles, and blood vessel linings.
  15. Your sex hormones will function better. An insulin receptor reset can contribute to healthier levels of sex-hormone binding globulin, and make your sex hormones more available to do all the good the things they are supposed to do – increase libido, improve muscle tone, and make periods more comfortable in women.
  16. Your thyroid function can improve because the lower levels of insulin circulating in your blood will improve the conversion of T4 to the active T3 thyroid hormone.
  17. Because an insulin receptor reset can decrease inflammation, you may see an improvement in autoimmune conditions, like Hashimoto’s, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis.
  18. You’ll feel calmer during and after an insulin reset, as it decreases the activity of the sympathetic nervous system (fight flight), and increases the activity of the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), and the precious “anti-aging” hormone, DHEA.
  19. An insulin reset preserves precious magnesium, a mineral that calms your muscles, improves your immune system, and works in over 300 biochemical pathways in your body.

Energy, gut health, mental clarity, fat burning, improving cardiovascular health, and ideal sex hormone status.  Sound like things you want?

This list is really only a start, but it’s got some super compelling reasons to engage in an insulin receptor reset.

If you love your body, your body will love you back. I want you to feel as awesome as the thousands of others who’ve been through the insulin receptor metabolic reset, and now look and feel fantastic.

This is such great information- I never really understood how deeply the insulin resistance factor plays into things. Thank you for outlining this. Will be sharing with my network.
