One of the most common questions we get at Fresh ‘n Fun Living headquarters is in relation to vitamins and supplements.

There seems to be a lot of confusion on what’s important, where your vitamin levels should be, how to get vitamins and what supplements to take.

In this episode, we will talk about the most important vitamins your body needs, how to tell if you are getting to much or not enough and where to go to get your nutrients naturally.

We will also discuss supplementation and how to go about adding these important vitamins back into your body.

Do you have questions about vitamins and supplements? Email them to Tracey@DrRitamarie.com before the show and we will answer them live on the air.

***PLEASE NOTE*** During the show we discussed the important of Omega 3 and 6. It was stated that people eat to much Omega 3 and not enough 6…this should be reversed. Most people get to much Omega 6 and not enough Omega 3.
