Fatigue is no laughing matter. Just ask those who suffer from it. What you may not know however, is that fatigue is more than just being tired. There are several causes of fatigue such as:

1. Underfed and toxic mitochondria

2. Hormone imbalances – especially thyroid, adrenal, insulin and leptin

3. Digestive Inefficiencies

4. Autoimmune Processes

5. Serious diseases, like cancer, heart disease and diabetes
