Hi there Health-Seeker,
I am back in full gear after a busy Memorial Day weekend.
My husband’s 4th Degree Black Belt promotion was inspiring, and our VITAL Healing Kitchen show on making easy, nutritious, and delicious salad toppers was a hit. The rain cleared long enough for at least some of the potluck participants to eat outdoors and swim. We had a larger than expected crowd and it was great. We thought because of the holiday weekend and the rain it would be small.

On Sunday I finally got to reorganize my desk. It had gotten out of hand. It’s like in the kitchen – when you can’t easily find things, it’s hard to make food. Same for my desk . I was finding it harder to write, research, and coach people because of the mess.
I spent the day Monday creating a brand new video for the invitation to join our recently announced to the public Energy Recharge Coaching Program. We were intending to announce it long ago, but we got so busy with program development and delivery, that it got delayed.
On the video I shared my family’s health saga, and I got really raw and real.
On a less personal note, I am excited about this week, and the upcoming SAD to RAD teleseminar about cleansing. My first detox was what lighted my passion for health and nutrition, and completely turned around my health.
Cleansing is powerful!
