Dr. Ritamarie’s Gratitude Journal Day 7

By Ritamarie Loscalzo

Dr. Linda Berry

I’ve started an Appreciation Journal, and I plan to continue to share my appreciations every day for 30 days.

If you’re looking to experience more energy, health and joy, join me on this appreciation journey and watch magical things unfold.

Comment below with 3 things you appreciate today.

Dr. Ritamarie’s Appreciations for Today – Day 7

  1. I appreciate how easy and quick it is to make a delicious lunch when there’s a dip already made.
  2. I appreciate working at home – there’s no need to drive or get dressed up.  That saves me time to focus on work I love.
  3. I appreciate my hot water dispenser that allows me to drink hot tea all day long when the weather gets chilly.

I started this appreciation log just a bout a week ago, and I’m so grateful to have the constant reminder to find things to appreciate in all I do.  And I do so love to read all your appreciations, so keep them coming.

Day 7 Extra Appreciation

I feel extra appreciation for my dear friend, Dr. Linda Berry, whom I interviewed on my radio show.  She shared some great gifts… daily rejuventing movements you can do in a couple of minutes to shift your body chemistry and improve your health, plus an audio of a “smile into your distress” process she created to transform stress.  These tools are in alignment with daily appreciation, and I am excited to share them with you.

    Day 7th Nov 10th

I am so grateful my husband brought me flowers today. I’m a lucky lady.
I appreciate the old westerns, how easy they are to watch.
I appreciate having a washer and dryer to do laundry. I can do other things while they do the work. Imagine having to use a wash board or even the rocks in a river!

It’s so much easier to remain calm while doing this exercise. Any stress is noticeable and then I can relax about whatever it is that’s stressful. So far so good anyway.

I appreciate my wonderful support network of friends and family. I feel their love and warmth every day.

I appreciate how my dietary changes make me feel. It’s 8:30, and I still feel energetic. That’s new to me.

I appreciate my Mom’s main nurse Julie – who takes such loving care of her daily.

My extra appreciation is for my breath! I notice my breathing now, and appreciate every breath.

I appreciate my mother today. Even though she passed away 3 years ago, what she taught me is invaluable.

I appreciate my neighbors: every time I see her there is a smile on her face, and her “Have a Nice Day” reminds me that I will.

I love my great kitchen: it is so easy to fix my food there, everything is out and ready to use.
