Dr. Ritamarie’s Appreciations for Today – Day 7
- I appreciate how easy and quick it is to make a delicious lunch when there’s a dip already made.
- I appreciate working at home – there’s no need to drive or get dressed up. That saves me time to focus on work I love.
- I appreciate my hot water dispenser that allows me to drink hot tea all day long when the weather gets chilly.
I started this appreciation log just a bout a week ago, and I’m so grateful to have the constant reminder to find things to appreciate in all I do. And I do so love to read all your appreciations, so keep them coming.

I feel extra appreciation for my dear friend, Dr. Linda Berry, whom I interviewed on my radio show.
