By Ritamarie Loscalzo

Dr. David Gawain

I’ve started an Appreciation Journal, and I plan to continue to share my appreciations every day for 30 days.

If you’re looking to experience more energy, health and joy, join me on this appreciation journey and watch magical things unfold.

Comment below with 3 things you appreciate today.

Dr. Ritamarie’s Appreciations for Today – Day 16

  1. I am grateful for the healing power of nature.
  2. I am grateful that Kevin’s fall was not worse than it was and no emergency room visit was needed.  We may need a cast and we’ll find out today, but overall, he’s safe, reasonably comfortable, and happy.
  3. I am grateful to my dear friend and colleague Doc Dave, who gave so much of himself late at night on Saturday and spent so much time with Kevin to help him heal from his injury with the wonderful healing laser and scenar technology: http://healthboss.org/devices/soft-laser/.

I hope that from your feeling good place of gratitude, you’ll also send some healing thoughts Kevin’s way.

I do so love to read all your appreciations, so keep them coming.

With Great Love and Appreciation,

Dr. Ritamarie
