Dr. Ritamarie’s Gratitude Journal Day 12

By Ritamarie Loscalzo

sleep and get well soon

I’ve started an Appreciation Journal, and I plan to continue to share my appreciations every day for 30 days.

If you’re looking to experience more energy, health and joy, join me on this appreciation journey and watch magical things unfold.

Comment below with 3 things you appreciate today.

Your body is nothing short of amazing, give it what it needs in terms of food, water, sleep and movement and it will do great things.  Throw it out of balance and it will object….big time.

I have been depriving myself of sleep for several months now, thinking my diet and exercise program will carry me.

So now I pay the price.

What a gift this lesson is.

Dr. Ritamarie’s Appreciations for Today – Day 12

  1. The rain…we sure need it after the very long drought.
  2. Scott for tending to me while I am feeling ill.
  3. My body for all the energy I usually feel…the contrast makes me so appreciative.

I do so love to read all your appreciations, so keep them coming.

With Great Love and Appreciation,

Dr. Ritamarie

Go ahead, give yourself an energy boost. Comment below about what you appreciate today.

    Day 12, Nov. 15th

1.I really appreciate being able to afford a few articles of clothes when I find something I like. Nothing elaborate, but it makes a girl feel pretty to wear something new once and a while.
2.I appreciate sitting in my back yard, by my winter garden, with the sun on my face. It’s a lovely spot my husband and I created.
3.I am grateful for this challenge to sit and think about what I appreciate. It’s becoming a reality that just about everything in life can be appreciated for one reason or another. It’s perspective, and that’s a choice.

I appreciate my soybella – so I can make fresh nut milks easily.

I appreciate my crock pot – and the smell of fresh healthy soup.

I appreciate my body telling me what it needs.
