Anxiety is a general term for several disorders that cause nervousness, fear, apprehension, and worrying. These disorders affect how we feel and behave, and they can manifest real physical symptoms. Mild anxiety is vague and unsettling, while severe anxiety can be extremely debilitating, having a serious impact on daily life.

Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress but left unmanaged, it can cause serious issues in your life.

Anxiety Disorders affect about 40 million American adults age 18 years and older (about 18%) in a given year, causing them to be filled with fearfulness and uncertainty.  (http://www.nimh.nih.gov/)

Join Dr. Ritamarie and learn some ways you can calm your anxiety naturally before it gets out of hand.
